• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered on selected products and locations.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India using reputed logistics partners like Delhivery.

• Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product and location.

• Moment Weavers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or unforeseen events.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter production.
  

• No refunds are issued for personalised products unless:

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
