At Moment Weavers, each product is crafted specially for you with personalisation that begins shortly after your order is placed. As a result, our cancellation policy is designed to reflect the custom nature of our offerings.
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided production has not started.
After this period, we cannot accept cancellations as customisation and processing may already be underway.
Customised or personalised products (e.g., mugs with names, photos, messages) cannot be cancelled once they enter the production phase.
Orders placed during sales, special promotions, or with express delivery are not eligible for cancellation.

If your cancellation request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For prepaid orders, transaction charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
