Because our products are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item:
Arrives damaged
Has wrong customisation (name/text/image)
Is defective
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
You provide clear photos of the product showing the damage or error
The issue is due to our fault (printing error, wrong product sent, damaged during shipping)
Note: Colour variations or minor size differences may occur and are not considered defects.
You provided incorrect customisation details during the order
You changed your mind after placing the order
The item is returned without prior approval
If your refund is approved:
Our team will guide you through the return process
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return shipping charges may apply
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
