1. Service Options

• Standard Shipping – Cost-effective; delivery within 5–7 business days depending on location.

Charges are based on package weight, volumetric weight, and destination zone:

• Up to 500 g:

• Standard: ₹35–₹45

• Additional weight slabs and zones increase rates (up to ₹500+ per kg).

• Volumetric weight is calculated as: (L × B × H) / 4000 for standard, or /5000 for express.

3. COD & Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 or 2% of order value (whichever is higher) for standard; similar for express.

• International shipping to 220+ countries via partnerships like FedEx.

7. Extra Services & Fees

• Options include insurance, priority handling, special packaging, and temperature control. Charges vary accordingly.

• Return to Origin (RTO) applies if delivery fails; RTO charges mirror forward shipping costs.
